DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

This is currently a key national priority for Australian Cricket, and a large part of the project is a move from MyCricket to the PlayHQ system. QLD Cricket staff are working closely with clubs and associations to reduce the impacts of this system transfer, and together with Cricket Australia have developed a number of resources to assist volunteers and administrators.

INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS & PARENTS

  • Player Movement – All players must register online every season (Summer + Winter):
    • Transfer – Permanent move from one Club to another and will cancel your registration when applied to the same season.
    • Permit – Allows the player to be active in more than one Club or Competition (i.e. playing Junior and Senior competition)

Marsh is currently conducting a review of content within the Marsh National Cricket Risk Protection Program website and as a result, may be rebuilding the Community Program websites across all areas. This will render their website non-operational for 2-3 weeks. In the interim, claims can still be lodged both online Online Sports Claiming (marshadvantage.com.au) and via email to sportsclaims@echelonaustralia.com.au. For any other queries regarding the NCRPP, whether it be coverage based or obtaining a Certificate Of Currency, please contact sport@marsh.com and they will action your request as soon as possible. All policy documents are available in the resources section of the Clubs area of the Play.Cricket website.

The centre circle represents the Gabba, alongside other water holes which used to be near the ground. 87 black strokes on red earth represent the wickets taken by Aboriginal great, Eddie Gilbert who played 23 games for Queensland.
